What is the standard image resolution and depth of the image FarmBot(boroscope camera) captures? Can I find the camera specification anywhere?

Information about the camera can be found in the entry for the camera in the BOM.

Any idea if the image is a 16 or 32 bit?

It’s a USB camera; images are captured in JPEG format, which is 24-bit (8-bit per channel).

I doubt that the images come off the camera as JPEG. More likely YUV422. You would then convert that to RGB and/or JPEG with something like turboJPEG.
