Turning on 'Summary' emails by default on the forum

I turn this feature always on because I am interested in a lot different projects but don’t have time to keep an eye on all the forums.

Nextcloud’s Discourse Forum has these ‘summary’ emails enabled by default. Resulting in anybody signing up to automatically receive a summary every week (until they unsubscribe).
I feel like this strengthens the community because all possibly interested users get a weekly reminder about the project.

Users here get a summary email if they haven’t signed in to the forum for about a week.
