We have been through a new sd card, a new download, another config, a router reset, a new update, etc. the list goes on and on and we are still at a loss and unable to connect. I would like to interact with someone in real time to check me out on what I believe to be a deep error on my part.

have you checked your wifi password? i had the same problem back then only to realized my password was missing 1 character. If the problem still persists, try to use another access point.
Greetings; Look what we found, hidden behind our ramp board. A spider moved in to our Arduino 4 months ago and so far our Arduino board is toast. WE still can’t log in so, to be continued.
