Here in Quebec, Canada the temperature is very cold (summertime 22C to 38C and Wintertime 0C to 40C) I have a greenhouse 10m x 30m x 3m.
If you just want to take pictures with it, you should be able to use it.
Otherwise you should consider to use anti freeze liquid… 
If you put it in a greenhouse it should work, but you have to think how you
will be delivering water in the winter season.
