Failed to upload image

Hi everyone !
My FarmBot Genesis v1.3 can’t take photo with the camera, when I click on the button take photo, an error message appears in the logs : “Failed to upload image: {:error, :closed}”.
I tried to plug the camera on my MacBook and the camera works perfectly. I also tried to plug it to the others USB ports of the raspberry, same results.
I re-flashed the OS, same results.

Does anyone have a solution for this problem?

@Gregoire_lgls Can you please turn your device on? It appears to be offline. I can remotely inspect your device when it is online.

Hello, the problem is solved, I was using my mobile hotspot, my FarmBot is now connected to my school network.
