All this information really depends on how well you construct the machine, after maybe 5-10 hours of tweaking and a solid build I got my bot running 1.5m/s, sub-mm accuracy, the response time is slow because it depends on your connection to the internet, but once it receives instruction it is relatively fast, spraying pressure is also rather random because it depends on your garden hose, but lowes and home depot sell pressure limiters that are a good idea for this project.
