Farmbot designer and X-axis

When I set the origin of farmbot designer to the bottom right corner, I can move the FB manually by allowing negative values on my encoder. The only thing is that FB moves off the screen in the webapp when I do this. What can I do to set this up correctly?

Have you tried toggling INVERT MOTORS and INVERT 2ND X MOTOR? You may also need to disable negative coordinates and encoder inversion.
