I would like to use PWM with UTM, how should I generate PWM with farmos? where I can program to control it?

You can select Analog as the pin mode in the Write Pin sequence step to input a value from 0-255. According to the Arduino documentation, this creates a PWM signal on pins 2-13 and 44-46. You can use 8, 9, or 10 on the RAMPS board if you need high power (10 and 12 are free on the Farmduino).
