did you check this guide in the FAQ section?
I would recommend to check if the faulty side needs more power to push forward than the other one. In this case you should check the belt tension and the eccentric spacers (info in the link).
If both sides are almost equally, you can try to adjust your stepper driver as you can see in the guide.
