We finally got our farm bot all set up. 2/4 motors are sort of buzzing but not functioning and we get an error. And it appears there is no way to purchase new ones…

@MrGoldPWD Having 2 defective motors in one kit is unlikely. It is more likely that there is a settings issue at play.
Can we see a screenshot of your device settings panel and know the model of the device you are running?
