About order progress

I paid the money, but it has been a week and I still haven’t seen the shipment. Is there anyone from farmbot who can tell me the current progress of the order? My order number is FB8276

I have contacted rory (contact@farm.bot) many times by email, but I haven’t seen any reply emails. Can anyone tell me the details? Thank you.

That is disappointing. FarmBot Inc. response may be delayed according to their web pages.

We have communicated by email many times before, and each time we usually received a reply the next day. But this time it took a long time, and I also sent many emails. I didn’t receive a reply. So it’s different from before.

The order status also shows that the payment was confirmed on the 11th, but there is no delivery information on the 17th. Generally, they ship within a week. So I asked in the forum. I hope that the farmbot company staff can see it and help confirm the problem.

When the problem is solved, I will update the result in the forum.

Sometimes it takes just a bit more than one week shipping cycle for the FarmBot warehouse to process an order. Be patient and your order will ship out.

As long as the item is in stock it will typically ship out within one week of the order but if you order it on a Thursday or Friday, it may not be processed until the following shipping cycle (the following Thursday or Friday) depending on the warehouse staff schedule.

@ncnynl, as @Marc hypothesized, your payment confirmation came through just after last week’s shipping day, and so your order will be shipped out this week (in a few hours from now). You will receive an automated email with the tracking link as soon as the label is created, with information populating in Fedex’s website a few hours later with the expected delivery time.

Separately, for some reason I don’t think your other messages were making it through to us. I did see and just respond to your recent reply to a 3-month old thread we have, but do not have record of any other more recent emails regarding your new order. In case you suspect something not going through in the future, you should be able to always reply to any emails coming from our online shop, such as the order confirmation email.
