Encoders not working with different settings

Hi all!

We recently received a Farmbot Genesis v1.2 to use for academic research at Florida Institute of Technology. We’ve hit a standstill in setup due to consistent movement failure errors. There are no movement errors when the encoders are disabled.

Based on the resources available here, we’ve tried:
Replacing the motors with new ones
Decreasing the max speed
Increasing the acceleration time
Increasing the failed steps amount

We greatly appreciate any insight into other settings we should review or alter to enable proper encoder functions.
