Express Code 30 Error? Upgrade to this beta version of FBOS

Hi Folks,

We’ve recently identified a bug in FarmBot OS v14.1.0 that causes a CODE 30 error on Express devices. The issue has been fixed in version 14.1.1 of FBOS, but it has not yet been released to the general public as it is still undergoing QA testing.

If you are affected by this issue you can work around the issue by:

  • Upgrading to the beta version of FBOS v14.1.1. Upgrading to a beta version requires special steps that you can read about here.
  • If you do not want to use a beta version, you can press the FLASH FIRMWARE button in the device settings page to temporarily make the problem go away. The problem will return on reboot, unfortunately. Again, this problem will be fixed once we finish QA testing of v14.1.1.
