I think the FarmBot is perfectly capable of caring for any type of vegetation, as long as the gantry is able to move freely across the bed’s dimensions. Planting sunflowers or tree saplings will be very difficult to do with a FarmBot, but I don’t see any problems caring for small flowers.
At any rate, make sure you add your “care plan” for each flower to the OpenFarm database, so others can benefit from your expertise too!
