Farmbot LEDs not working

Hello Everyone,

I am having a problem with a FarmBot Genesis 1.6. The case LEDs are not working (they were working a few months ago).

The Farmduino LEDs are green, and on the Raspberry Pi, the red LED is solid and the green LED is flashing, but the case LEDs remain off

I have tried rebooting and re-flashing (formatting the card first) the OS SD card, but they are still not working.

I emailed “CONTACT@FARM.BOT,” but I thought someone may have experienced this before and fixed it.

Assuming your hardware is functioning correctly, based on your current situation, firstly, the Raspberry Pi is not properly connected to the server my.farm.bot, and secondly, there is no connection between the Raspberry Pi and the driver board.

If it was working fine before and suddenly stopped working, you can also check the SD card, or try a different SD card.

I just tried a different SD card but the problem still exists.

Update: I am able to access the configurator after waiting 20 minutes or more. Everything is connected now, but the voltage status is ‘LOW’.

When I tried to run a ‘mount tools’ sequence, it stopped during the process; the FarmBot went offline and then rebooted after a few seconds.

Even I’m not doing anything, the Farmbot will just went offiline and reboot itself.

The Farmbot went offline again after a few hours, and rebooting the Farmbot did not solve the problem. I tested the voltage on the Raspberry Pi GPIO pins and the reading is around 4.8V.

Alternatively, check if your power supply is providing sufficient voltage; your graph keeps indicating low voltage, which can cause instability.

The power supply is providing stable 24V.
