Hi Folks. I have been trying to get a hold of the farm.bot team with regards to buying a kit. It’s coming up saying that postage is 1/2 of the price of the kit itself, which is just daft because I’ve shipped cargo pallets from Malaysia to the UK for a few hundred dollars. Any idea how I can actually get a hold of them, no getting a response to emails.
@martinkeat FarmBot staff works normal business hours, Monday through Friday (California time). If you sent your message on a Friday, you typically won’t get a response until Monday. All emails sent to
email@example.com will be answered by @Marc within 1-2 business days.
We’ve noticed some strange shipping quote issues last week that have led to unusually high shipping cost estimates. @Marc will contact you with a response when he is in the office.
