While connecting some pins, there was a spark and the Farmbot shut down.
Measuring with a tester the ground and 5V pins I connected, they seem short circuited.
Do I have to buy a new Farmduino board? Can anyone help me?

Apologies, you have likely damaged your FarmBot controller board. You need to be more careful because there are no protection fuses for short circuits on those pins.
Unfortunately we are now in a predicament. We will not have any new Farmduino boards until likely sometime in August 
. They are currently being manufactured and we are doing the quality assurance testing. Let me check and see if we may have an emergency replacement for you.
