I solved the home issue, but now have a completely different problem with trying to plant my plants! @Marc

try inverting the direction of both X-axis motors with the hardware setting INVERT MOTORS / INVERT 2ND X MOTOR, the X-axis encoder direction with INVERT ENCODERS and disable the NEGATIVE COORDINATES ONLY. That way your device should be able to reach positive coordinates instead of negative ones and should be visible in the farmdesigner.
