Growing in Arizona - Any success?

Hello,

I’m curious if anyone has had experiences using a farmbot in Arizona. Looking into getting one. Does the software compensate for the hotter conditions? Will the unit survive in often 100+ degree weather? Would love some feedback if anyone has done/is doing it.

Thanks,

FarmBot users in Arizona have reported mixed experiences. The software doesn’t specifically compensate for hotter conditions, so you’ll need to consider local climate adaptations. Some users have successfully operated their units in 100+ degree weather by implementing shade cloths, proper irrigation, and regular maintenance to prevent overheating. However, electronics and certain components may still be at risk. Ensuring proper ventilation and possibly housing the FarmBot in a partially shaded area can help enhance its longevity and performance in extreme heat. Feedback from local users or forums might provide more specific insights and tips.
