Hey there,
as I watched a little documentation about your FarmBot on Youtube I got an idea.
If the FarmBot can see weed’s why don’t you put little marks next to the tool-“shelf”, so that the system can distinguish what tool is in which slot and can descend to that mark. With this you wouldn’t have to manually calibrate the absolute position to pick up the needed tool.
