Need Fall planting ideas

Well. The white butterfly worms wiped out my fall cabbage and broccoli seedlings in the starter trays. I need a planting plan B. The farmbot has been cleaned out and prepped for fall planting. (left in the chives as they are perennial. Should I just be lazy and do beets and radishes? Other fall planting ideas? Location approx: 32.966 N 117.12W (San Diego in transition zone)

The box is all prepped and ready. topped it with 4 inches of new compost. Stirred in Dr. Earth organic veg fertilizer down to 25 cm deep.

Hi John,
I live in Southern California too (Yorba Linda). I will be replanting soon as well.
Here is what I found:

What vegetables grow in Southern California in the fall?

Sow beets, bok choy, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, celery, chard, chervil, chives, collards, endive, garlic, kale, kohlrabi, leeks, lettuce (in our hot climate, this is the best time for sowing and transplanting heading types), green onions, short-day bulb onions.

Good Luck!
