Question on Durability

I’ve been toying with the idea of getting started with FarmBot, but one of the concerns I have that I don’t often see answered is one of durability. To me, FarmBot shares a lot of components with 3D printers and one of my biggest gripes, and why I think companies like Bambu Labs are so successful, is the amount of constant maintenance that some of these devices need.

With that said, what would existing owners rate the “fiddle factor” of FarmBot at? How does the system fair when exposed to weather and seasons, what wear components do you find you have to replace, do you store the system during winter? What does your system look like after 2-4 years or service?

I like the idea of FarmBot, but like early 3D printers, I want gardening to be my hobby and not tending to the FarmBot and don’t want to see it fall apart after a season of weather.
