Random position move in delimited area

I just try to use a conditional watering sequences depending on how wet is the soil. I just notice that when the prove goes into the soil. It makes a hole in the ground. If the second time goes exactly to the same position then it doesn’t measure correctly. So each time should be slightly different x and y coordinate to make a new hole every time.
What do you think about this?
