We are the FarmIA team from Télécom SudParis (France) , and as part of our Gate project, we are working on a farmbot designed for plant cultivation, specifically cherry tomatoes this year. Our goal is to integrate artificial intelligence into this farmbot to optimize crop management. We are excited to contribute to this innovative project and would like to share a solution to an issue we recently encountered, in case any of you face the same problem.
We frequently experienced our farmbot booting unexpectedly during the day, which caused the robot’s coordinates to get misaligned. After several tests, we found that disabling the automatic updates on the farmbot resolved this issue.
