Setup button missing

I just got my replacement camera and am ready to complete the setup procedure. As I was doing the soil height setup with the calibration card, I got the following error

[camera-calibration] ERROR: Calibration Failed. Calibration object not detected in image. Check recent photos.

I moved the Y axis and then noticed that the setup button completely disappeared. I checked with Mac and PC, Firefox, Edge and Safari. Even after a Firmware restart the setup button is gone.
