Nice idea of a mini Farmbot.
Can the z axis be stationery(fixed height) being a mini version.

The mini-farmbot is designed based on FarmBot Genesis v1.2 six years ago, and is mainly used for indoor experiments or cultivating small seedlings. Currently, its maximum Z-axis height is approximately 300mm, which means it is still movable for UTM tool changes.
Greetings FarmBot community, here are some pictures of my Genesis-XL 1.5 that I brought online this week, after a couple of years of interruption.
After calibrating the camera for the height of the plant pots, I get a reasonable photo grid.
Plan for near term is to use FarmBot to tend seedlings for plants that will be set out in a larger garden later in the season.
FarmBot is a great product. Bring-up was pretty straightforward. Looking forward to a bright future in assisted farming.

Brief video of the watering functionality in action. I set up grids in the Farm Designer and used the Water All sequence to guide the placement of the pots. https://youtu.be/Q0pqyPOdOqQ
