UTM cable connector

Hi guys,

I’m developing my own FarmBot at home (in Switzerland). I bought a farmduino 1.4, but I forgot the UTM cable. Unfortunately, I don’t find the UTM cable connector reference for the farmduino, I just need this piece.

Please, do you have any reference or product name for this connector? and maybe where I can buy it (in Europe if possible)

Not 100% sure but I think it’s a 12 pin ATX connector.

I think the correct term is “Molex FiT” family connector.

Be aware that there are different pitch versions available! So measure first to find the right pitch version needed.

Just stumbled over the correct connector using the provided resources from the BOM:
Go to https://genesis.farm.bot/v1.5/Extras/bom/electronics-and-wiring.html#farmduino and the click on the “[Click here to download] the Farmduino schematic, board layout, and source files.” On page 3 of the schematics you’ll find the correct connector. Using google you’ll land on the Molex site where they also list the mates. :wink:

Yes that’s it, I already ordered a Molex-Fit connector, but with the wrong pitch. It is the Molex Micro-Fit 3.0 version: https://www.molex.com/molex/products/part-detail/crimp_housings/0430251208.
Yep, I didn’t found it last time on Farmduino schematic, it is my bad :sweat_smile:.
