Fix for no_emails Issue Noted in June 2020
Some self hosters on the forum have mentioned that the Web App was not respecting the NO_EMAILS env var.
This issue has been fixed in v10.2.0 of the Web App. Thanks to everyone who helped us identify and isolate the issue.
