Anyone know the website base for this forum? This is the same website layout as FRC’s Chief Delphi, https://www.chiefdelphi.com/ and I wanted to know what the site engine is. Completely off-topic, but I just wanted to see how it works.

Yep, as @luciano.dlf linked, the forum is powered by Discourse, which I would highly recommend.
